MBM Land Sdn Bhd (MBM Land) is a privately held property development, investment and management company. It represents the joint initiative of two companies with a long tradition in property development and investment, in combining the companies’ resources and talents of an executive team with over 100 years of experience in property development and management.

MBM Land has two shareholders, with 60% held by Malayan Building Development Sdn Bhd (MBD) and 40% held by Pembinaan Teknikhas Sdn Bhd (PT). MBM Land is an indirect subsidiary of Med-Bumikar Mara Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company with diverse interests in the automotive industry through its subsidiary MBM Resources Bhd, recreation and hospitality (Clearwater Sanctuary), the glove industry (Rubberex), pharmaceutical products (CathRx Australia), oil and gas exploration in Pakistan and property developments in Australia and various provinces in China.

MBD and PT have had many successful joint ventures in property development over the years involving the same core team of people who now make up the executive team of MBM Land. Its strategies and business are driven by a group of mature yet dynamic and versatile group with a proven and diverse set of management, technical and integrative skills. The team has through the years worked collaboratively with each other and in coming together, they share a common vision of building ‘Today for Tomorrow’.
